The Strategist Group are very pleased to announce accreditation approval of Certificate IV in Recruitment Sourcing.  The course development involved extensive consultation with industry professionals and employers, particularly in the area of in-house recruitment. 

The program establishes a competency benchmark for recruitment sourcing skills and covers proactive sourcing, employer brand development and communications, social media and online search amongst other important aspects of sourcing strategy.
