Who is the course for?

This course is for professionals looking to advance their career and skills in the recruitment industry by gaining a specialised skill set in talent sourcing.
As a Certificate IV program, it is applicable to talent sourcing positions which require autonomy and leadership in service delivery and management of client needs or portfolios requiring accountability for outputs and delivery.
